Textline's new Reminder feature lets agents schedule reminders to follow up with specific contacts at some time and date in the future. Like Scheduled Messages, each reminder is connected to the conversation in view at the time the reminder is created. Unlike Scheduled Messages, however, reminders are private messages that are not shared with your colleagues on Textline.
