Our integration allows you to view all text conversations and contacts from customers and sales prospects from within the Salesforce interface. 

  • All conversations you have in Textline are tracked in Salesforce.
  • Your contacts will sync between both Salesforce and Textline after integration.
  • Download the Textline Chrome extension to send and receive texts while using your Salesforce account.

How to install

You must be on a Salesforce plan with API access in order to use the Textline and Salesforce integration. Salesforce plans that qualify include the Performance, Developer, Unlimited, and Enterprise editions. If you are on the Professional Edition, you can gain API access by purchasing it. Read more in our Salesforce documentation here.

Our Salesforce integration is only available to Textline customers who are on the Pro plan. 

To set up the integration, please follow the instructions below:

  1. From Textline, click the Settings tab > Tools & Integrations
  2. Click Salesforce
  3. Click Connect, and enter your Salesforce login information when prompted in the pop up window. If you didn’t login in step 2, you will be asked to login in the pop up.
