How to Install
Follow the installation instructions below.
Customers with Aircall numbers:
Email your Aircall representative to initiate the process of text-enabling your Aircall number with Textline (cc firstname.lastname@example.org and your Textline representative on your email).
Your Aircall representative will let you know when the number is ready to be added to Textline.
When the number is ready, go to this URL > select Use Your Aircall Number
Note: A new registration and vetting process for 10-digit local numbers may apply to your existing Aircall number. It takes two to three weeks for vetting approval. You won’t be able to text until regulators approve your SMS campaign. Once approved, you can text contacts.
A toll-free number is a good alternative if you need an immediate texting solution. While you still must register, you don’t need to wait to text until approval.
