Users of Talkdesk’s cloud call center software can now add business text messaging to their Talkdesk account with Textline's AppConnect app. Your team can share a textable phone number to text with customers, as well as manage your billing and users — all from your Talkdesk account.

How to install

  1. Log in to your Textline account through Talkdesk.
  2.  Go to “Apps” in your Talkdesk account and search for Textline, and follow the prompts to install the Textline app.

Note: A new SMS campaign registration and vetting process for 10-digit local numbers and toll-free numbers may apply to your existing Talkdesk number. It takes two to three weeks for regulators to vet and approve. You won’t be able to text until regulators approve your SMS campaign. Once approved, you can text contacts.
